Service Desk Supportx1(full time -37.5 hours per week)

The Service Desk Support role provides technical support and provisioning for our products (Hosted VOIP and Data/ISP Networks).

You will need to have experience within a customer services environment or on a support desk within the tech industry, or using technology to serve customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Help Desk position located in Stonehouse. The Technical Support Help Desk will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support and delivery to our partners and customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Analytical Skills and Customer Support
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
* Experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
