You’ll collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure every property in the portfolio is safe, compliant, and well maintained — enhancing tenant satisfaction and protecting asset value. It’s a varied and rewarding position, offering both autonomy and teamwork within a supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage maintenance for around 40 apartment blocks, ensuring safety and efficiency Coordinate and supervise contractors for repairs, inspections, and major works Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies Plan and oversee major projects, including issuing Section 20 notices (training provided) Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with the Property Manager and provide regular updates on progress and costs What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in property or maintenance management Strong contractor coordination, budgeting, and organisational skills Good knowledge of property legislation and health & safety (training available) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving ability IT proficiency (Microsoft Office; property software useful) Full UK driving licence and own car What's In It For You?
