As a Senior Customer Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, making sure they feel welcome, supported, and valued, whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone, or online. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and supporting customers in finding the right financial solutions. Delivering outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships. Mentoring and supporting a team of Customer Consultants, helping them grow and develop. Stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed, contributing to the smooth running of the branch. Supporting customers over the phone and through digital channels. Ensuring smooth daily branch operations in line with policies and procedures. Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the branch network to deliver exceptional service. We are looking for a natural people person with strong communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
