Your role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen team:
7. Prepare ingredients and maintaining quality and consistency
8. Section management, ensuring every dish meets high standards
9. Maintain hygiene and food safety across all kitchen areas
10. Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise food waste
11. Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams during busy periods
12. Continuously develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience
What we’re looking for
13. Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
14. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
15. Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
16. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
17. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
18. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
19. Eligible to work in the UK
