Job Description
| 8098 | secondment opportunity/temporary contract for 18 months | part-time 18.5 hours, 2.5 days per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum pro rata | Grade E | Cromer Museum
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and well-organised individual to help deliver a National Heritage Lottery Fund-supported project. The project involves researching and promoting geology and fossil collectors of Cromer, and creating digital resources for Cromer Museum Geology Gallery to improve access to the collection.
You will work with the Curator of Cromer Museum and the Chair of the Friends of Cromer Museum to coordinate and monitor the project delivery, including its timescale and budget.
You will develop and deliver collections research and digital resources as part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund project.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, efficient, personable, and possess excellent IT skills. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and good initiative are essential. Experience in a museum environment and working with externally funded projects or volunteers is desirable.
