Purpose of Role: To ensure the continuing airworthiness of the helicopter fleet in compliance with UK CAA regulations Part CAMO, and company procedures. This includes maintenance planning, technical record keeping, and coordination with Part-145 maintenance organisations. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning & Control Develop and monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in line with the Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP). Liaise with Part-145 maintenance providers to ensure timely completion of work. Prepare short- and long-term maintenance forecasts based on aircraft utilisation. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with UK CAA Part CAMO requirements. Review and implement Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other mandatory requirements. Support audits by regulatory authorities and internal quality teams. Technical Records Management Maintain accurate aircraft technical records, logbooks, and electronic systems. Control documentation for modifications, repairs, and AD/SB compliance. Ensure traceability of parts and components in accordance with UK CAA standards. Reliability Monitoring Collect and analyse reliability data; prepare reports to improve maintenance programs. Monitor engine trend and component performance. Communication & Coordination Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, and internal departments on technical issues. Provide updates on airworthiness status to management and operations teams. Qualifications & Experience: Degree or diploma in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in CAMO or airworthiness role (rotorcraft experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UK CAA regulations Part CAMO, Part 145. Human Factors training Knowledge of Cayman Regulations Proficiency in maintenance management software Skills & Attributes: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Analytical skills for reliability and compliance monitoring.
