Key Responsibilities
* Plan and Run Global Events: Organise trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and a professional brand presence. Handle bookings, travel arrangements, materials, and on-site coordination.
* Lead Digital Engagement: Manage webinars and virtual sessions, from scheduling and content creation to technical setup and post-event follow-up. Use insights from previous sessions to improve engagement and reach.
* Strengthen Industry Connections: Oversee memberships and engagement with professional associations. Identify speaking opportunities, award submissions, and collaborative initiatives to boost visibility and credibility.
* Support Broader Marketing Activities: Assist with campaigns, social media, and digital communications. Track budgets, timelines, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are effective and well-organised.
* Analyse and Report: Measure performance for events and campaigns, using data to make informed recommendations and improve future activities.
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or communications.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions and teams.
* Confident written and verbal communicator.
* Comfortable using digital tools, including webinar platforms, CRM systems, email marketing, and productivity software.
* Analytical thinker who can interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Experience in B2B or technical environments is a bonus.
* Open to occasional international travel for events and meetings.
