Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager, Fund Administration role is a key member of the Global Fund Services product team. The role will focus on developing the fund administration product, including the product roadmap, proposition, and supporting business models for various client segments. The job will involve client engagement, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and working with project teams on implementation.
* Build and strengthen the product management function for Fund Administration in Europe.
* Assist in segment management initiatives across Europe and Asia.
* Prepare product pricing strategies and maintain rate cards.
* Align the FA product architecture with IT architectural blueprints.
* Maintain global service definitions and sales collateral.
* Establish relationships with industry stakeholders to inform product development.
* Provide thought leadership through industry engagement and publications.
* Stay aware of market and competitor developments to differentiate our offerings.
Skills/Experience required:
* Extensive fund accounting experience in financial services, specifically in fund administration.
* Deep knowledge of securities markets and infrastructure.
* Understanding of the funds industry and FA products.
* Knowledge of core Fund Administration platforms and supporting technology.
* Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset.
* Results-oriented, energetic, and a change agent.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Leadership qualities, stability, and maturity.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
