Customer Account Executive An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Account Executive to join a well-established and growing compliance and engineering services business based in Brighouse. Our client is a respected provider operating nationwide, supporting businesses across sectors including manufacturing, transport, waste management, automotive and renewables. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their sales team with a motivated and customer-focused individual. The Role This is a varied and fast-paced position focused on managing both new and existing customer accounts. Responsibilities will include: * Preparing and following up quotations * Managing inbound and outbound sales activity * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships * Converting sales leads and identifying growth opportunities * Re-engaging lapsed customers * Supporting wider business development activity * Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets This is a fully office-based role, therefore strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
