The Role Reporting to the Team Manager, you will take ownership of rent accounts and play a key role in maximising income collection while supporting customers to sustain their tenancies. You’ll be responsible for managing arrears, taking appropriate legal action where necessary, and providing practical advice to customers around debt, benefits, and financial inclusion.
