Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Develop and create innovative menus for the restaurant, events, and functions.
Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain profitability without compromising quality.
Collaborate with hotel management to align kitchen operations with overall business goals.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar hotel or restaurant environment.
Banqueting experience is advantageous.
Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creative flair and ability to perform under pressure.
Demonstrable experience in menu development, stock control, and team management.
