Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

* Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while managing costs effectively.
* Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Develop creative beverage menus and collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Skills
* Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
* Knowledge of food.
* Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations related to food production.
