About The Role
As Deputy Home Manager, you will ensure the care we provide exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise, coach, and support colleagues to deliver an unsurpassed service with empathy for resident issues. The role is 33 hours per week, including 22 supernumerary hours.
About You
You have knowledge of National Standards and experience in person‑led care planning within a care home. You bring brilliant, positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. You are a great mentor who manages time effectively, maintains meaningful records, and communicates with residents and co‑workers with genuine consideration and kindness. You value kindness above all and are committed to treating residents as individuals with their own stories.
