Were looking for an experienced and detail-focused Management Accountant to join our Finance team during a busy and exciting period of activity. This role will play a key part in supporting month-end close processes, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring strong financial controls across the Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong management accounting experience who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes and building effective working relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls and supporting the smooth running of month-end processes across the Group.
Youll be responsible for journals, reconciliations, control accounts, variance analysis and financial commentary, ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and in line with accounting standards and Group policies. The role will also involve ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, resolving variances, supporting accruals and expenditure accounting, and assisting with year-end audit requirements.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, youll help resolve accounting queries, support lease accounting activities and contribute to process improvements and enhanced financial controls. Youll also play a role in the implementation of new balance sheet reconciliation software and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
This opportunity would suit someone who can quickly integrate into an established Management Accounts team, work independently with minimal supervision and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to their work.
Key skills and qualifications
Professional: Qualified or QBE Management Accountant with strong month-end and year-end experience
Strong working understanding of double entry accounting, high volume transactions and accounting standards (E.g. IFRS16 advantageous)
