Residential Solicitor

In this Residential Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters within a busy and well-structured environment. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, using case management systems to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and ensuring compliance with regulations
We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer
* Proven experience managing your own caseload of property transactions
* Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
