With a long-standing reputation for innovation, quality, and customer excellence, the organisation continues to expand its UK presence and is looking to appoint a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while delivering strong commercial results. The Role The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer accounts, and increasing market share across the assigned territory. This is a highly autonomous field-based role, with approximately 4.5 days per week spent visiting customers and half a day dedicated to administration, planning, and CRM management. While the standard working week is Monday to Friday, occasional weekend attendance may be required to support regional events and exhibitions.
