Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various positions while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your expertise in lead generation and relationship management will be crucial in achieving recruitment goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Utilise various platforms, including social media management, to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client needs.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the talent pool.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
* Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies to identify potential candidates.
