Are you a confident, energetic Sports Coach looking to transfer your skills into the classroom? We’re working with several Manchester primary schools seeking active, resilient behaviour support staff to work with KS2 pupils who need consistency, encouragement and structure throughout the school day.
The role:
• Supporting KS2 pupils who display challenging behaviours
• Using sport, movement and positive reinforcement to help pupils regulate
• Running short activity-based interventions and mentoring sessions
• Supporting learning in class alongside the teacher
• Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and settled throughout the day
What schools are looking for:
• Experience as a Sports Coach, Mentor or Youth Worker
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A positive role model who builds trust quickly
• Someone active, patient and confident working 1:1 or with small groups
• Full-time availability (typically 8:30am–3:30pm)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
