Our client is hiring a Director, Key Account Management to help shape the future of next generation supply chain solutions.
A global leader in supply chain services is rapidly expanding its logistics and returns division across international markets, and this role sits at the heart of that growth. The division delivers tech powered returns and reverse logistics solutions for some of the world’s most innovative retail and eCommerce brands, and its global footprint is scaling fast.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for Global Key Account Management within a major international supply chain organisation. You will oversee a KAM team that includes Regional Heads, Key Account Directors and Client Development Managers. The team operates across fashion, lifestyle, electronics and printing and imaging clients.

What You Bring
You are commercially sharp, strategic and confident influencing at senior levels. You have experience in B2B environments such as logistics, supply chain, e commerce or tech enabled services. You thrive on bringing order to complexity and building high performing, globally minded teams.
You also bring:
* Proven leadership experience, including leading a Key Account Management team of around 15 FTE
* A strong network in European fashion and e commerce markets
* Marketplace experience and US exposure (a plus)
* Experience scaling new products with clients (a plus)
Location
London based, hybrid, with regular travel across Europe.
