The Home Manager herself is the epitome of career development, she started out as a Healthcare Assistant and is now at the helm of this perfectly formed, small service.
The Deputy Managers position is split 50/50 with regards to working on the floor and supernumerary hours and interestingly they are flexible with regard to how the 36 hour contract is worked, long days or shorter days, you can choose.
If you have elderly care experience, have worked with residents living with dementia and have had experience of leading teams, be that as a Senior Carer, Team Leader, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager, then I would be pleased to speak with you.
The role comes with a competitive salary of £25k. There may even be some wriggle room for the right person with the right experience.
