Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our global sales organization. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a team of 300–400 professionals, this role will be central to driving revenue growth, customer excellence, and brand leadership across multiple international markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute a global B2C sales strategy that delivers sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
2. Lead large, multi-market sales operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distribution networks to strengthen market reach.
4. Champion customer excellence, embedding a customer-first mindset across all sales touchpoints.
5. Drive digital transformation in sales through data analytics, AI, CRM, and automation to enhance performance and insight-driven decision-making.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.
7. Establish world-class governance, KPIs, and performance management systems to ensure accountability and transparency.
