Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term-Time Only)

Role Overview:
You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Assist in planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities
* Help maintain a secure and welcoming classroom environment
* Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with teaching staff
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to meet individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
* Experience in a nursery or school EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
