The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of SME clients and become their trusted advisor, supporting them across a mix of compliance and advisory work.
Working closely with the partners, you will play an active role in developing client relationships, reviewing work produced by the wider team, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with business owners and wants to develop into a senior leader within a progressive practice.
What You Will Be Doing
• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of sectors
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and supporting their growth
• Reviewing accounts, tax and compliance work prepared by the wider team
• Providing commercial advice and insight to business owners
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Working closely with the partners on more complex client matters
What We Are Looking For
• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing client relationships within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical grounding across accounts and tax
• A commercial mindset and interest in advisory work
• Ambition to progress into senior leadership over time
