Join our small, busy team to deliver excellent reception and administrative support in a fast-paced setting. You will be the first point of contact for the PACS/RIS Team for various queries, and the member of the team responsible for working with solicitors requesting radiology. The PACS /RIS team in Radiology are a small team and we look after the administration of the PACS/RIS System for the UHS Trust. Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for dealing with telephone queries from patients, Health Professionals and other organisations, reception duties; Urgent Unexpected Findings notifications; Subject Access requests; Images Exchange Portal, Team Fire Warden; Medico Legal and Provide ad hoc admin support to members of the PACS/RIS team as required. Confidence in learning and using multiple IT systems is essential and experience in a front facing reception role would be desirable. Being part of our successful admin team will mean being available throughout the week, Mon - Fri 08:30 to 16:30.
