Job Description for Home Delivery Driver at Argos
Join Argos as a Home Delivery Driver and be the face of our doorstep service, delivering products to customers efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver products to customers' doorsteps, ensuring on-time delivery and product safety.
2. Perform checks to keep the van organized, clean, and roadworthy, and secure delivery cases before setting out.
3. Assist customers by answering questions and informing them of any delays, providing excellent customer service.
4. Learn to operate new digital tools and technology to enhance your job performance.
5. Maintain the stock room or shop floor when not on the road, supporting store operations.
6. Develop knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Additional Information:
