The Successful Chef candidate will have: Catering and Hospitality qualification or relevant experienceExperience of cooking with a range of different food and cuisines
Experience of catering for allergies/dietary requirements
The ability to work a busy service and cater for large numbers
The ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
The ability to understand relevant Health and Safety procedures
Communication skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient customer service
