Full-time, permanent
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00, 45 min break), Friday (08:00 - 16:00, 30 min break)
Responsibilities:
1. Providing contracts and operational support, including managing reports, timesheets, and assisting with project documentation.
2. Supporting administrative functions such as processing invoices, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
3. Handling office management duties, including stock management, reception, and internal logistics.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in a similar role, especially involving contracts or financial administration.
