Build Recruitment are currently searching for an electrician to carry out maintenance works for a facilities management company.
This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm for the largest facilities company in the UK/Worldwide.
This is a mobile role so you will be working between various sites such as Bath, Swindon, Chippenham etc - you must be a personable individual as this is a client/customer facing role and environment.
The salary is starting at £32-£34,000 but this has scope to move upwards for the right person.
The successful electrical engineer must be P1/P2 qualified along with 18th edition and have relevant commercial maintenance/building services experience.
Job duties will consist of but are not limited to: PPM's, reactive maintenance, emergency light testing, ballast changes, re-lamping, re-wiring, cable pulling, various testing, AHU maintenance, fault finding. The electrical engineer must also have experience working with/maintaining/testing sprinklers, fire alarms, and carrying out plumbing/HVAC work.
