Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and food service delivery
Plan, prepare, and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff
Develop menus in line with dietary requirements and allergens
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
City & Guilds 706 Level 1/2 or NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery
