Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options, this will be hybrid working in the Portsmouth area. This position provides the perfect balance between working from home and collaborating with colleagues on-site, offering flexibility alongside a competitive salary and bonus package.

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Commercial Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in managing contracts ideally in the defence sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth.
