The successful candidate will report into the Head of People Operations and play a key role in the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of the compensation, benefits and recognition agenda.Whats in it for you?

The Role as Reward Analyst:
1. Gather internal and external insights to develop pay models and recommendations for the annual salary review process
2. Support the full implementation of the annual salary review changes, including communications and instruction to payroll
3. Undertake job evaluation and pay and benefits benchmarking for a wide range of roles
4. Development and management of a range of employee benefits and recognition tools
5. Oversee annual data submissions and reporting, i.e. Gender Pay reporting & salary surveys
