Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent care, emotional support, and guidance to young residents
Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment
Foster independence and life skill development
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

About You

Experience in residential care for children/young people or at least 6 months UK experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
Compassionate, patient, and proactive
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred, but not essential
