Director / Associate Director – Transaction Services
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Transaction Services professional to join a growing advisory team at Director / Associate Director level. This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to drive mid-market transactions, manage key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver financial due diligence (FDD) engagements, primarily on buy-side transactions
* Manage multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting key findings, risks, and recommendations
* Review and oversee financial analysis, reports, and deal insights prepared by the team
* Provide guidance on SPA, completion mechanisms, and price adjustments
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business
* Drive business development, including originating leads, pitching, and proposal development
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
* Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements
* ACA / CA (or equivalent) qualification
* Extensive experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
* Proven track record of leading and delivering FDD engagements
* Strong commercial awareness and deal understanding
* Experience in managing client relationships and leading meetings
* Demonstrated involvement in business development and revenue generation
* Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills
