Pay rate: £12.30 per hour
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week (including alternate weekend working)

What you will be doing:
* Providing a range of imaginative and enjoyable social & therapeutic activities to our residents, including those living with dementia.
* Supporting an ongoing calendar of social events and activities, covering key events and residents' personal interests.
* Liaising with suppliers, ordering materials, buying tickets, booking transport, and arranging outings, involving the wider care team and residents' friends & family when appropriate.
* Researching and implementing new ideas, events, and activities.
Who we are looking for:
We're seeking someone with a creative flair! You should be social and outgoing with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
You need to demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills.
