What you'll be doing:
You'll be the engine behind our sales team, supporting Account Managers and Directors to keep things running smoothly. Expect to:
* Create accurate quotes and process orders across our product range (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Security)
* Manage customer accounts and CRM updates (we use Zoho).
* Build relationships with customers and help spot upsell opportunities.
* Handle invoice queries, schedule meetings, and support retention efforts.
* Cover accounts when Account Managers are out of office.
* Join vendor training and occasionally make outbound calls to promote offers.
