The purpose of this role: The Tesedi North America Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes. As the role works with customers in the North American market, the working hours for the role are 12:30 to 20:30 UK time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets with a One Team mentality.
* Pipeline & Forecasting: Oversee team pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM data management.
* Customer Relationship Management: Support the team in building strong client relationships and resolving escalated issues effectively.
* Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and development.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and campaigns in line with company objectives and market opportunities to strive for better.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs and deliver or coordinate coaching to improve skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer experience.
* Data-driven approach: Utilise data to drive team performance, provide insight on market trends, and sales insights to senior leadership.
