Full time carer to work in a small residential care home in Ryde, Isle of Wight. The job includes shift work. Duties will include assisting residents with daily personal care (washing, dressing), managing medication and providing domestic support (laundry, cleaning). Carers also provide emotional support and companionship, monitor residents' health, document care and observations, and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' overall wellbeing and maintain their independence.
