Key Objectives of the role:


• Control stocks and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and customer satisfaction


• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention


• Help the Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control


• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines


• Ensure the team fully engages with the latest digital tools to achieve a fully blended experience


• Conduct timely quarterly PETER reviews and appraisals with all staff


• To achieve and deliver on all Peter Cooper Motor Group and Volkswagen Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)


• To achieve the financial budget each month and throughout the year


• To ensure you and your team are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products in line with FCA guidelines, treating the customer fairly

Essential Skills/Experience


• Experience of working in a similar role


• Excellent customer satisfaction skills


• Confident communication skills


• Compliance


• Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.


• Previous experience of managing a team

*Full UK driving license required*
