About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Solutions across European and North American markets. This is a strategic, high-impact role within a global technology team, driving innovation and shaping the future of in-store transactions.
What You’ll Do
* Own product roadmaps and strategic planning for Point of Sale (POS) and payment solutions.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Gather requirements, prioritise features, and support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.
* Drive initiatives in payments and marketing insights value streams.
* Support expansion of Oracle Xstore POS across European markets.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in mid-to-senior product management roles.
* Strong payments industry knowledge (retail payments, bank vendors).
* Experience with POS systems – Oracle Xstore highly preferred.
* Comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment (must-have).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Retail background is preferred
