In this role, you will be a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle, from initial workshops to final go-live. You will deliver solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, handling projects of varying scope and complexity. Collaborating with clients across industries, you will configure requirements, train users, and support the go-live process.
Experience required:
* 5 years implementing SaaS solutions in enterprise clients
* Hands-on experience with XML/HTML or similar to configure SaaS software for clients
