* Delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 & KS4
* Creating inspiring, curriculum-aligned learning experiences
* Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their best
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative English department
* Maintaining strong behaviour management and classroom presence
?? What We're Looking For
* UK-qualified English teacher (QTS/QTLS essential)
* Recent experience teaching KS3 & KS4 within the last 2 years
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
* Ability to commit to a long-term role
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
