Job Description: The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components used in automotive, defence and rail applications. * Carry out welding using MAG, MIG, TIG, FCAW and GMAW * Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications * Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, bevelling, alignment) * Monitor welding parameters to ensure quality welds * Inspect welds and identify defects * Follow all health & safety procedures and use PPE * Maintain welding equipment and report faults * Work closely with production and engineering teams Skills & Experience: * Interest in engineering and manufacturing * Experience or knowledge of welding processes * Ability to read technical drawings (desirable) * Good attention to detail and quality * Team player with good communication skills * Willingness to work overtime * Knowledge of health & safety practices * Previous automotive or rail experience (desirable) Why Should You Apply? * Opportunity to grow your career as a Welder * Work across multiple engineering sectors * Join a supportive and experienced team * Develop skills in a safety-focused environment * Long-term opportunity for a motivated Welder
