Reporting directly to the Project Director, the Project Lead will assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Require

• mentsMinimum of 10 years' experience in a senior project leadership role within construction, engineering, mission-critical, infrastructure, or data centre environm
• ents.Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects from inception through comple
• tion.Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial con
• trol.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication sk
• ills.Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environ
• ment.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing dem
• ands.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management soft
• ware.Experience working on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desir
