Your New Role
As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors. You will lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards of technical quality and client responsibilities include:
1. Managing and reviewing audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
2. Leading, coaching, and developing junior team members
3. Overseeing workflows, budgets, and timelines across your portfolio
4. Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
5. Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic and operational objectives within the audit department
What You Will Need to Succeed
6. ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
7. Strong experience managing audits within practice
8. Excellent technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
9. Confident leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
10. Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
