Your Role as CEO
As our CEO, you will:
* Set and deliver a bold vision for artistic excellence, inclusion, and sustainability.
* Drive organisational growth by diversifying income streams and championing financial resilience.
* Lead major capital investments and play a pivotal role in regional regeneration.
* Inspire partnerships and philanthropy, unlocking transformational support for our mission.
* Represent The Glasshouse nationally and internationally, advocating for music and culture at the highest levels.
