Facility Capture Analyst – Barclays – Manchester, UK
Join us as a Facility Capture Analyst, where you will shape the future of banking at Barclays by supporting our dynamic team in the Investment Banking sector within Wholesale Lending. In this role you will be taking ownership of end‑to‑end lending and Loan IQ processes. This role forms part of a small, agile team that supports a broader group of professionals across the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
* Monitor the bank’s lending operations to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant execution.
* Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
* Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to Wholesale Lending processes.
* Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
* Develop reports and presentations on performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
* Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice.
* Participate in projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
