They’re now looking for a driven Field Sales Executive/Sales Surveyor to take advantage of a steady flow of inbound leads no cold calling involved as you will be required to attend scheduled client meetings from customers from prebooked scheduling from the in house team. Hours, Location, Salary & Perks
Hours: Full-time, permanent – 8:30am to 5:30pm (flexible for appointments)
Location: Covering West London, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire – hybrid mix of in-person and virtual (Teams) meetings
Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission – realistic OTE £40k+ with scope to grow as you expand your client base

The Role
Are you a natural deal-closer who loves converting warm leads into contracts? As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the business in your region, handling 100% inbound enquiries. From the first appointment to sealing the deal, you’ll build relationships, deliver accurate surveys, and maximise every opportunity. With no need to cold call, your focus will be on turning quality leads into revenue while ensuring clients walk away confident they’ve chosen the right partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a steady pipeline of pre-qualified inbound leads from first contact to signed contract
* Conduct home and virtual surveys to scope requirements and provide accurate, tailored estimates
* Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue on every deal
* Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
* Consistently secure profitable work to support branch growth targets
* Collaborate with the wider team to deliver on promises and exceed customer expectations
* Keep detailed, accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions
* Feed back insights on market trends and competitors to stay one step ahead
