This industry leader provides premium-grade products for major retailers and global partners, with a long-standing reputation for quality, scale, and innovation. As the business continues to grow its market share, they're seeking a dynamic professional to lead site operations, reporting directly to group-level leadership. In this role, you'll take charge of all site-level performance, driving quality, efficiency, and compliance across production, technical, engineering, HR, and health & safety. You'll lead a team of six department heads and be the senior contact for group-wide operations directors. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-specification environment. The successful candidate will be an established leader with experience in food or meat processing environment with a strong commercial mindset.
