Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and do you want to make a real difference to their futures? If so, this is the role for you.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our support team at our Redworth Project Totnes as a full-time Support Worker.
You will be working with people who have complex needs, primarily mental health but could also have other issues such as substance misuse or other challenging issues. You will need to take a creative approach to support, adapting your style of communication and support planning with each individual to draw up a person-centered support plan and help customers establish and work towards their goals and aspirations.
This role will require you to work on a rota basis and the project is covered 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
