Are you passionate about shaping the future of Operational Technology (OT) in critical infrastructure? We’re looking for a dynamic OT Framework Technical Manager to join our team and drive innovation in water infrastructure resilience, ecological sustainability, and regional growth.
As our OT Framework Technical Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a transformative infrastructure enhancement project. You’ll lead the technical strategy and implementation of OT systems, ensuring they’re secure, future‑ready, and aligned with our environmental and operational goals. The role includes the following responsibilities:
* Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of OT systems across our infrastructure.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to integrate OT into strategic developments.
* Mentor and guide a team of OT engineers and technicians.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Your profile
* A degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* 8+ years of experience in OT systems, including 5+ years in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial control systems
* Experience in the water industry is a plus
* Solid understanding of OT security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
